At 203 Business Centre we have two types of tenants; a full-time monthly tenant and a casual tenant that rents our meeting room whenever needed. Below is a list of the services we provide at the 203 Business Centre and the rates. Click on each heading for further information. Monthly Full-Time Tenants
We offer empty or fully furnished private office space from 100- to 130-sq. feet. Offices are available on a month to month basis and there is no long term lease to sign. This means low risk for you and lower costs than signing a long term commercial lease and furnishing your own office. Flexible, little commitment, easy in and easy out! Full-time monthly tenants will get their own lock and key for their office and a passcode for the alarm.
Casual Tenants
For our casual tenants we offer our offices as hourly, half day or full day rentals (weekdays, 9 AM - 5 PM). Amenities include, parking for you and your clients (front and back of the building), wifi access and access to our print centre.
Meet your clients professionally in our spacious, well-appointed boardroom. Amenities include, parking for you and your clients (front and back of the building), wifi access and access to our print centre. The boardroom can be rented hourly, half day or full day (weekdays, 9 AM - 5 PM).
If you require a big space for a seminar or conference our seminar space is perfect for that. It's 18'x50' and seats 25-50 people depending on the configuration (includes tables and chairs) and can be rented on an hourly basis or for the whole day (weekdays, 9 AM - 5 PM). Equipment, such as screen and projector can be rented for an additional fee.
All of our tenants (both full-time and casual) have access to our high-speed wifi internet on their own laptop or desktop.
All of our tenants (both full-time and casual) have access to our print centre right from their computer as long as they are logged in to our wifi internet.
If all you need is an address that you can use for your business and have a place where your mail can be dropped off, we got you covered. For a low monthly fee you can use our address as a virtual office and mail drop off.
On our website we offer a Business Directory to promote our tenants' businesses. For full-time monthly tenants the Business Directory is included in the rent and for casual tenants it can be added for a small monthly fee. If you would like to be featured in our Business Directory on our website please contact us.

Our Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit to hold the space for that date and time.
We will give a:
100% refund of deposit - 10 days out from the event including the day of the event
50% refund of deposit - 5 days out from the event including the day of the event
25% refund of deposit - 4 days out from the event including the day of the event
No refund with 72 hours notice
